This Series 1 was despatched out of Rover’s Solihull factory on 12^th May 1949, bound for Faulls Motors in Perth, Australia – the very same dealer that our previous restoration build No. 3 was sold through. Build No. 4 arrived to us in a very complete and original state – though it was evident it had led a hard life – needing numerous repairs to both the chassis and bulkhead. Having been through our workshop it is now ready for the new owner to continue its next chapter.
