This early 1949 model was despatched out of the Solihull factory on 17th June 1949 bound for Champions of Adelaide – Australia. It arrived to us in a complete and very original state, however it was very much in need of total rebuild. The vehicle was painstakingly stripped, repaired and rebuilt to the exact specification the day it rolled off the production line.
